Straight Arm Ring Press Out is an advanced exercise that builds upper body strength, specifically in the lats and pectoral region. In order to reduce the risk of injury, ensure that proper posture is maintained and that the lower back does not sag. Perform this exercise on a set of low rings – otherwise utilize a block to make sure that the feet are at the same height of the rings. To scale, perform alternating one arm ring pushups.
