Description:
V-Up Roll Ups are advanced multi-functional core exercises that combine the techniques of v-ups with that of log rolls. When performing this exercise, focus on keeping the feet off the ground at all times, especially during the turning phase. Scale by performing standard v-ups or log rolls.
Process:
- perform a v-up
- after lowering, immediately log roll to desired direction without allowing legs to touch the floor
- focus on engaging glutes and tighten legs during the roll
- repeat v-up and roll to the opposite side
- alternate direction each time
